What we do

From the first screen to production — and on into AI.

One small team covering the whole product: the app in people’s hands, the platform behind it, and the operations that keep it running.

iOS & Android apps

One Flutter codebase for both platforms — offline-first where it matters, multilingual from day one, and verified on real devices before it ships.

  • Flutter
  • Offline-first
  • Maps
  • Sign-in & accounts
  • Store release

Web platforms & admin

APIs and back-office systems on ASP.NET Core and React — content management, role-based access and public endpoints your apps rely on.

Deployment & operations

Production hosting, HTTPS, databases and app-store releases — and the runbooks to keep them healthy.

AI solutions Next chapter

Bringing large language models into our clients’ products — assistants grounded in their own content, with people in the loop. Our first one is already in development.

Our AI approach

Why FoxLabs

Small team. Full stack. AI at the core.

We are early, and we are honest about it. What we offer instead of headcount is focus, speed and a way of working that holds up in production.

AI-native speed

Claude is built into how we engineer, so a team of three delivers a full product — mobile, API and admin — at the pace of a much larger one.

End-to-end ownership

One team from design to production: app, backend, admin, hosting and store release. No hand-offs between vendors.

Quality you can verify

Automated tests, static analysis, golden-image checks for critical content and on-device verification before anything is called done.

Built for global clients

Based in Vietnam, working in English and Vietnamese, already delivering for a client in Canada — with products multilingual from the start.

Case study · First client

Dien Chan Care

  • Headquartered in Canada
  • Health & wellness
  • Ongoing engagement

Dien Chan is a Vietnamese facial-reflexology therapy. Dien Chan Care Inc., based in Canada, came to us with a legacy reference app and a bigger goal: one platform where people look up acupoints and treatment regimens, find practitioners, learn and get certified — while staff manage it all from one place.

Live

What’s delivered

iOS & Android app

One Flutter app for both platforms, in Vietnamese and English, on a shared design system.

Offline acupoint reference

Ported from a legacy app with its acupoint canvas preserved exactly — works with no network.

Server-owned content

Treatment regimens and reflexology maps are edited in the admin and cached on the device.

Practitioner discovery

Find practitioners nearby on an OpenStreetMap map with marker clustering.

Accounts & sign-in

Email with OTP verification, Google sign-in, password reset and self-service account deletion.

Web admin

Role-based permissions, rich-text news editor, media uploads and editable legal pages.

In development

What we’re building next

Practitioner registration

People can apply to become Dien Chan practitioners directly from the app.

Courses & certification

Online and offline courses that lead to Dien Chan practitioner certification.

Appointment booking

Book sessions with practitioners, with reminders and history.

AI acupoint assistant

Ask questions about acupoints and get answers grounded in the organization’s curated content.

How we build

A team of three that ships like a larger one.

Dien Chan Care spans a Flutter app, a .NET API and a React admin. We built and shipped it with three people by making Claude a core part of how we work — not a side tool.

› plan the change with Claude, agree the approach
› implement across app, API and admin
✓ static analysis clean
✓ automated tests pass
✓ golden images unchanged
✓ verified on a device
› document, review, ship
  1. 01

    People decide, Claude accelerates

Our team owns product decisions, architecture and review. Claude works alongside us across the whole stack — Flutter, .NET, React, tests and docs.

  2. 02

    Verified, not assumed

Every change passes static analysis and automated tests. Critical medical content is guarded by golden-image checks, and mobile work is only done once it has run on a device.

  3. 03

    Documented for handover

Decisions, deployments and the reasons behind them are written down as we go, so anyone can pick the project up without relying on memory.

Where we’re taking AI

From building with AI to building AI into products.

The next step for FoxLabs is putting models like Claude to work for our clients’ users — carefully scoped, grounded in real data and reviewed by people.

In development

Domain assistants

Question answering grounded in a client’s own curated content, with sources and clear limits. First up: the Dien Chan Care acupoint assistant.

Exploring

Content operations

Drafting, translating and summarizing inside admin tools — so a small staff can publish in several languages, with a human approving every word.

Exploring

Smarter support

Helping end users find answers and helping teams triage requests, built on the same grounded, reviewable approach.

How we work with you

A clear path from idea to a product people use.

Every engagement follows the same five steps, sized to your project. Small packages, visible progress, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn your organization, your users and what exists today — including any legacy system worth keeping.

  2. 02

    Design

Screens, data model and architecture agreed with you before code, with a plan split into small, shippable packages.

  3. 03

    Build

AI-native development in short cycles. You see working software early, verified on real devices.

  4. 04

    Launch

Production hosting, HTTPS, store submission and the documentation your team needs to run it.

  5. 05

    Evolve

We stay on after go-live, adding features and — where it helps — AI capabilities.

About FoxLabs

Small, careful and curious — like a fox.

FoxLabs was founded in 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are a team of 3 building information-technology solutions for organizations that want to modernize how they serve their people — at home and abroad.

We started with software: mobile, web and the infrastructure behind them. Our direction is AI — applying models like Claude to real problems for real clients, responsibly.

Care
For users, for the client’s domain, and for the details nobody asked about.
Honesty
We report what is done and verified — and say plainly what is not.
Curiosity
New tools, especially AI, get tried for real before they reach a client.

FAQ

Questions we often hear.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — the contact details are just below.

Where is FoxLabs based, and do you work with international clients?

We are based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and work remotely with clients abroad. Our first client, Dien Chan Care Inc., is headquartered in Canada.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Mobile apps for iOS and Android, web platforms and admin systems, the APIs and hosting behind them — and, increasingly, AI features inside those products.

How do you use AI when building software?

Claude, through Claude Code, is part of our daily engineering: planning, implementation, tests and documentation. People make the decisions and review every change, and nothing ships without passing our verification steps.

Can you add AI to an existing product?

Yes — that is where we are heading. We start with one focused use case grounded in your own content, like the acupoint assistant we are building for Dien Chan Care, and grow from there.

Do you support products after launch?

Yes. Dien Chan Care is an ongoing engagement: the platform is live and we keep adding modules such as practitioner registration, courses, booking and AI.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Vietnamese, both for communication and inside the products we build.

Have a product in mind?

Tell us what you want to build — we will get back to you with questions, a rough plan and next steps.
